Do you provide towing 24/7 in Bangalore?
Yes. We take calls and WhatsApp messages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
How do I book a tow?
Call us or send a WhatsApp message with your live location and vehicle model. We confirm the price and pickup time before dispatching a truck.
How much does towing cost in Bangalore?
The price depends on the vehicle type, pickup and drop locations, distance and time of day. We always tell you the full price on call or WhatsApp before we start — no hidden charges.
Which vehicles do you tow?
Bikes, scooty and scooters, electric scooters, cars (hatchback, sedan, SUV) and electric cars.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in JP Nagar and cover all of Bangalore, including South, East, North and West Bangalore. See our Areas page for the full list.
How quickly can you reach me?
It depends on your distance from our nearest truck and traffic. We share an estimated arrival time when you book, and keep you updated on WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) and cash. Payment is collected after your vehicle is delivered.
Do I need to be present with the vehicle?
Someone should be present at pickup to hand over keys and check the vehicle condition. At drop-off, we can hand over to a service centre on your behalf.
Do you tow to other cities?
Yes, outstation towing (for example to Mysuru, Hosur or Tumakuru) is available on request. Call or WhatsApp for a quote.
Is flatbed towing better than wheel-lift towing?
A flatbed carries the whole vehicle with all wheels off the road, which is safest for automatic, AWD, electric, low-clearance and accident-damaged cars. A wheel-lift raises one axle and suits many manual cars over short distances. Tell us your car model and we suggest the right method.
Can an automatic car be towed with its wheels on the road?
It is not recommended. Towing an automatic with its drive wheels turning can damage the gearbox. We use a flatbed for automatic cars.
Should I ride my bike to the garage on a flat tyre?
No. Riding on a flat tyre can damage the tyre, tube and wheel rim and is unsafe. It is cheaper and safer to have the bike carried to the garage.
Does my insurance cover towing?
Many policies include a roadside assistance add-on that covers towing up to a set distance. Check your policy or call your insurer. If you book us directly, ask your insurer first whether they reimburse the cost, and keep the receipt.
What should I keep ready before the tow truck arrives?
Keys, a copy of the RC and your ID, photos of the vehicle, the drop address or service centre details, and remove any valuables from the vehicle.
