How much does towing cost in Bangalore?
There is no single fixed rate — every job is quoted on call before a truck is sent, and the price you agree is the price you pay. It depends on:
- Vehicle type — a scooter costs less to move than an SUV or EV on a flatbed.
- Distance between pickup and drop.
- Pickup condition — basement, narrow lane, accident recovery or a vehicle that cannot roll.
- Time of day and traffic — late-night and peak-hour jobs can take longer.
- Waiting time, tolls or a change of drop location after pickup.
Handover
Keep these ready before pickup
A few things make the handover quick and safe:
- Vehicle keys (needed to release the steering lock and parking brake in most vehicles).
- A copy of the RC and your ID, in case anyone asks for proof of ownership.
- Photos of the vehicle from all sides — useful for any insurance claim.
- Valuables removed from the vehicle.
- The exact drop address, or the garage / service centre name and phone number.

Insurance & roadside assistance
- Many car and bike insurance policies include a roadside assistance (RSA) add-on that covers towing up to a set distance. Check your policy or call your insurer's helpline first.
- If your insurer arranges the tow, they usually send their own partner. If you book us directly, ask your insurer beforehand whether they will reimburse the cost.
- For accident claims, note the claim number and take photos before the vehicle is moved. Most insurers want the vehicle taken to a network (cashless) garage.
